I want to know where the best markets are at the moment and is it possible for me to acquire one while only sitting on $15k.

This would be the beginning of the brrrr method and I would have 3 rentals right away.My questions are 1. is it better to start an LLC for RE and transfer my existing property into the LLC? 

I had an appraisal on a refinance recently, and I do enough business that I run into the same appraisers over and over again...so the appraiser asked me what value I wanted on the refinance.

But what if some units have more than one room in them and I rent out each room two separate tenants?

It popped up in my mind and I thought I'd share. 

The summer would make the most money and I would have missed this summer’s income since I haven’t purchased the STR yet. 

It's a 3BR 2BA home and I was thinking of doing student rentals as it's close to the university and makes sense as a student rental.

Point is, it's a choice and I choose not to.
