Airbnb-Powered Home-Sharing Hotel Coming To AustinAUSTIN (Austin American-Statesman) – A new high-rise hotel that will allow buyers to purchase units and rent them through Airbnb will soon be underway.The 33-story Natiivo Austin will be at 48 East Ave. and include 249 units priced from the $300,000s to $1.2 million.The hotel will include coworking spaces, a cafe lounge, fitness center, rooftop pool deck, 24-hour concierge services, and valet parking.This is the first of a new hotel chain by NGD Homesharing, in a partnership with Airbnb.Those who rent space through Airbnb will be part of their Friendly Buildings Program, in which hosts and property managers share revenue.
