They are tired of getting scammed...

They are considered tire kickers by these agents, PMs etc. if you want to get a good/great deal, you have to pull the trigger and build the rapport with the team especially when you can’t meet them on weekly/monthly basis.

I asked for the information, but agents can sometimes be a barrier as much as they can be helpful.If you are just kicking tires, go to some meetups and keep reading the forums and other books.
