So you are still holding but planning to load up on the recycle again.I just enjoy businesses as residential is getting heavily regulated in favor of the tenants and peaking out so it is more of a hassle for me then the return it generates for my time.If the cycle changes i can simply hold a 15 year NNN from a national tenant at a high cap rate I developed and then wait for the right time in the next cycle to sell.

Basically the further out the longer the minimum stay, dates in the near future my minimum stay is 1 night.)I am beginning to think the best way to do a lot of this stuff is by training a virtual or real world assistant to manually update and manually sync other things, when the work is load is too time consuming for one person.

To vilify and potential harm the livelihood of one that does is unfair and counterproductive to say the least for a common user of the site but ESPECIALLY true of a moderator and I would expect more of someone who carries the weight of such a tag.
