It is more detrimental to try and make a deal out of something that is not a deal then to walk away.

I walked the property with her during the inspection she had done but obviously I will also have my own inspection completed as well.

But the fact that in Los Angeles so many people are stretched thin on the renting and buying front suggests many are walking on an edge again.

Make sure you get a substantial amount that will more than likely deter buyer from walking away.

I truly believe that I should be a writer, for the sheer creativity and volume of excuses I have recieved from (mis)trusted associates is without competition -- Everyone wants a piece of the pie, but when it comes time to put up or get out, everyone walks.

In walking through, one thing that stuck out to me was the absence of hard-wired smoke detectors.

Buyers get scared and walk.  

Its way too much trouble to count out every potential unethical job under the sun because we are all sinners and scumbags come from all walks of life, shapes, sizes, careers, colors and religions.

If your numbers don't work for you any more, re-negotiate but be prepared to walk away.
