Pulling some of things investors and operators talk about on the internet can ruin your good name!

Perusing the internet led me to believe that I had to set up an LLC, so I'm glad to hear from you and a few others that I don't really need to do that right now (for the first property at least).

Can this task be outsourced in other ways?

Thus hard work andeducation (whether it be school, books, or internet research, or whatever) it boils down to what you put into it to how  successful you'll become.

Nobody seems to have the big picture in mind when they work for me--all they see is their little task and the money.  

Intergrated with appfolio is a wonderful marketing tool, and by clicking on the post to the internet button, they have about 70 different listing services that get the listings, and all you have to do is hit post to your website and the property is there.  

In exchange you would do manual labor task, pick-up materials, do office work, pass out flyers, etc. 

There's just an endless number of such tasks to be done that will end up eating all of your time if you do them.
