I have been hearing from my tenants that the cost for heating has gone down considerably...this product has only been installed for 3 months in several of my units, but we are very happy with the heat and comfort and no maintenance issues with this under floor heating. 

For the type of product they buy, it is very difficult to compete with them if you're an average investor.

However, my other HOA charged a special assessment which is another $110 a month.
