If it is removed, the drain must be sealed to prevent rodents and/or sewer gases from escaping into the unit.The bathroom must have an open able window or an exhaust fan for ventilation.The hot water tank's pressure relief valve must have a discharge line extending down to six" from the floor.The flue pipe leading from the furnace and hot water tank must be sealed where they enter the chimney.

Everything else sounds fine. 335 on a FSBO = about 350 for an MLS sale (no commissions) so that should be good.I highly recommend getting all the same inspections you would get if you were working with a real estate agent, especially sewer and underground oil tank locate.Good luck!

I built the condo project up behind the outlet mall... and the senior apartments.. market as you know tanked big time there and we are landbanking.. although my sign is down I still get calls for rentals.I was under the impression it took a permit from the city to rent shorter than a month and that they did not give many out..

It only talks about the toilet and septic tank for objects flushed into the toilet.Your tenant may not read and you may get away with this, but I don't think it would stand up in court, especially not in Chicago.

I bought synthetic mattress covers that are supposed to take care of this, however I did see this product on shark tank:https://buggybeds.com I've never had any "bug" related issues in 3 years.Mike
