I want to learn more about scaling up a rental business and I would be pretty interested in seeing/helping in a flip. 

I recently found out that the Manufacturing company that i work for currently will be shutting its doors at the end of July 2017.

Affordable housing is so demanded and manufactured is a great solution.

It will be a 432sf open studio with a fully functional custom kitchen with all  modern below counter small scale appliances and fixtures in the kitchen and bath.

Maggie:  scale is always better.When people think of making money in real estate, they often focus on the rents.  

Many of the large investors have now scaled back since prices have risen even further.

Does anyone have any experience with selling manufactured homes in the Minneapolis, MN area? 

I eventually scaled up to roughly 10,000 leads in multiple counties, and it would have been difficult to target those lists if we physically needed to go in the court house since a lot those records aren't available online.

The monthly fee isn't too prohibitive and scales along with the number of properties you put on the platform.

You could also partner with a Manufactured home dealer they are always looking for land to put their product on.
