It's been 10+ years since I've gone through the City of Chicago permit review process, and I'm told things have changed.In particular, I'm told that I need not only an architect that has Chicago experience, but also a specific sustainability certification, otherwise I run the risk of having a very long review process.Thanks in advance for your help!

@John McGuire, while this is ultimately a question for both an attorney (are you actually creating any real protection by holding in an LLC) and a thorough review of your actual mortgage agreement regarding transfer of ownership, I will say two things:Typically, services don't care if you transfer ownership with your mortgage.

If you can set up an account with google business and have guests leave you reviews on there as well, that would be the biggest asset you could give your STR!
