I can see where people in dire financial straits wouldn't make the most reliable tenants, but I've also known honest hard-working people who have just found themselves in tough financial situations by buying a house without fully understanding what they were getting into, (or they run into unexpected life events like divorce or death where they suddenly find themselves without the resources they had previously counted on), and offering a solution where their monthly expenses are reduced and they are freed of some of the burdens of home ownership would be just what they need. 

This fluctuation has run its course and left a more reliable market in Southern Arizona.

Moving on to search for more trustworthy and reliable people to work with.  

In hindsight, it was my mistake to engage his services, however based on him telling me he was infatuated with me, I thought I could at least count on him to be reliable.

I had a guy that is usually pretty reliable agree to come look at it but now he's "out of town for a family emergency"... 

I would still hire a reliable cleaning service though, as doing your own cleanings after each renter can get really old, really fast.

I want to do this as a job and having a hard time finding good reliable contractors.

They have paid the rent on time every month, kept the property clean, and been quick to notify us of issues.Payment processing:  we found a free, reliable payment processor.  

They are not the least expensive, rather they are in the middle but they are reliable and do what they say.

Hard to find a good reliable GC now a days!
