But he'll recognize the sellers that would likely be better on-market and offer them a solution.

It sounds like finding a reliable PM is the key.

Ultimately, it could lead to a permanent solution but it isn't there yet.

There isn’t a lot of bullnose solutions for that edge...go look at model homes.

With college properties, I want to handle as few bills as possible because the reliability is always a little bit lower.
