I'm of course bias, but we get a lot of Nor Cal investors here because we're driving distance but have low property taxes (that do NOT reassess on the sale), stable job growth, employment growth, land constraints that drive appreciation, and much more landlord friendly laws.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a tax professional or a resource of where I can go and search for one? 

The math works a lot better in median priced neighborhoods, but that of course  conflicts with the cash flow centric approach.

I plan to manage the property myself but am looking for professionals to help fill my unit with reliable tenants and take them through the contract phase. 

For those of us at a professional level, a REAL professional level vs those who just have a license to sell.
