I will add that into one of my options but most likely would be the absolute last resort as I do want to get this home and try out the BRRRR method and repeat this by the end of the year.Thank you so much for the idea!

I would advise against that unless the pictures are great and looks like a resort. 

We were setting up 8 cabins in one resort.

They also have plans to build another huge resort hotel and hard rock.

They're breaking ground on two new neighborhoods off of County Home Rd (where I live) but they haven't parceled them out yet.The major players in construction are Kuhn and Unshakable Builders.
