Due Dillegence How to

Hi all,

I’m looking at a Mobile home park in the New England area. The numbers look great but I don’t know how to go about the due diligence. I want to know who to go to to ensure there are no infrastructure costs (I am told there aren’t any by the listing agent), but I’d like to verify this. Does anyone have a way I can do this out of state?
