Nearly unlimited mobile check deposits (this has a hold period for accounts 30 days or newer) but afterwards has been flawless. 

When it comes time to close, the title company will either send you the documents or have a mobile notary come to you to sign off. 

We have an opportunity to get a mobile home park under contract but it’s a bit further than what we are comfortable with investing being as new as we are.

Joe,Mobile home parks come in many shapes and sizes, and there are properties as small as 10 lots out there (although I would recommend you shoot for 20+ lots) in a huge variety of price points.

From Google images and Real Estate Listings, I can tell the area is very nice with a lot of potential, it just seems like there is a segment of the population that wants to keep it rural and others want it to be a modern suburban community.

i found a property that cost 600k, the numbers show 225k a year before expenses. which would give a 2.6year return based on (600,000/225,000=2.6years). the only problem is, me and my fiance have no finances for a down...

I look at a mobile house with 2 bed 2 full bathrooms and potential for a 3 third bedroom.

Was approached about purchasing a mobile home park, what is the best way to finance something like this and learn at the same time?
