Believe there is an app just for meetups that you can utilize. 

Is is possible to add functionality for users of the mobile app (and the website, I guess) to favorite or bookmark blog entries?

I have an awesome app that allows me to take a picture select their address then send whatever postcard i want with a picture that I took of their home.2.)

I've been so busy looking at such apps one sided-ly that I completely overlooked that nugget.

The phone apps don't have the same full functionality as on a desktop or laptop.

I'm interested in wholesaling , flipping , rehabbing , turn key , mobile home parks , and as the days go by I am getting more and more interested in long term by and hold and multiple doors for cash flow and passive income .

Unless you are going to make a career in investing, I would be careful of letting a rental get in the way of your mobility of getting the best career possible.
