On a positive note, if you buy a multi-family apartment that big there are non-recourse loans available, which means you can't be held liable, or go bankrupt, from the debt!

It looked like they held the NFR bullriding competition in the place.In my opinion, the real problem with payments made that far in advance is the elimination of any need for management or the owner to check in on the property.
