You can also choose accents, i find the UK accent is the smoothest to listen to, some others sound a little robotic.

And again you will want to vette them at least your talking with the owners and not paying absorbent fee;s on top the purchase price because you choose to work with a west coast marketing company.. so save those dollars and go direct.Bottom line is out of state investing is a very serious thing and you cannot listen to anyone .. this is your money and you need to understand the risks.I will be in Honolulu at the Nauru tower for 10 days and if you would like to pop by I would be happy to discuss all that I have learned in my 20 years of owning and financing these assets.
