I would like to scale more aggressively which I am slowly doing, but I am tempering that with ensuring I am not overly leveraged. 

Hi Shiv,First off: If the market isn't large, it might not be a good market for buying.

Tell them you have a large snake that eats rodents, and that you'll release it in their house at night and pick it up in the morning if you can find it. 

If they have too many customers, and can't store the data on their private servers, (Not enough disc space) they will hire it out to a large facility that will hold a ton of data. 

If you want to scale then go bigger.

I've been wholesaling and closed a few deals, but I came across a property that is currently tenant occupied that is deeply discounted will have a large amount of equity right off the back. 

I'm sure that's a very large generalization, but people I know in a few of the countries tell me the opportunity for making a lot of rental income like in the US isn't really there.In any case, whether or not you should buy and rent when you leave depends on what the numbers say.
