Hello everyone I am new to BP and the Baltimore area. I love that there is a lot going on in the area since I am from NYC and am used to it busy. I work for a large professional painting company now but am eager to getting back to doing what I do best, and that's running service companies. My first company was a construction company and since there seems to be a big need here I plan to start one here. I already have an amazing group of guys from my job that not only do expert painting work but can do carpentry, sheetrock, and a lot more. I would like to learn all I can about house flipping cause that is something that I always wanted to do. thanks to this site I think I will finally get the chanve. thanks and nice to meet you all.
