Finally getting my profile up and running after investing in RE since 2016 and leaving my W2 in 2024.  

Maybe in 20 yrs when im investing for cash flow!

They are more likely to not pay there portion of the rent, more likely to destroy your house, and more likely to squat / drag out an eviction process as long as humanly possible. 

We are almost 4 years into that property and we won't be able to refi or pull any equity out of the house until our 6th year due to mortgage restrictions.

Additionally, house hacking isn’t an option as I have 3 young children. 

I am dedicated to creating environments that meet the needs of both tenants and business owners, while steadily growing my portfolio through smart investments.

I have had a fair amount of recent success because I offer a pretty high rate of 11% secured by note and deed of trust on my houses in va and nc  but want to hear other peoples success stories besides local meetups.

I do have other options to invest in the market till the Real Estate comes back I guess I am just getting impatient.

We have done section 8 in a couple of markets and been happy with it, but the Tampa Housing Authority has been very hard to get a ahold of and I can't seem to figure out how to even enroll my homes in the program.

I am ready to move forward with investing in my first property as soon as I am able to identify a good deal that makes sense.
