Nothing to do with ethical or politically correct reasons.2 contractors, both same years in industries and both have identical knowledge and skills.One has one leg the other 2.I am hiring the one with 2 legs, because he will probably be faster, less likely to get injured on the job, etc. etc.These are just facts.

I prefer to believe that the responses were meant to be blunt rather than meant to be hurtful.Rules of thumb have so many exceptions that they typically do not make very good rules but ...There is a 75% rule that is generically what investors desire to pay in total of the ARV price.

As some of the other members have already mentioned, proper notice needs to be given to your tenants, certain bank accounts need to be maintained and certain rules of access need to be followed.
