Being so green that I'm squeekin', I'm out there trying to learn as much as I can.

They would also be a good resource for different energy reduction programs and benefits.Seattle tends to be thought of as a fairly green city but there's still a lot of room for improvement.

I realize my question is very broad, but I am completely green, and at this point I'm just looking to find some sort of answer as to why when I'm looking on MLS or Kijiji, that I honestly don't know what I'm looking at or looking for to pick out the good opportunities from the not so good ones.I wish there were a better way to word my questions but any information would help tremendously, thank you ahead of time!

We had an offer on the first day at 200k cash.     5 "seasoned investors" told me no before I found a green investor that helped me do it.   

Its an awesome neighborhood that has its own little lake, play areas for kids, green space, etc.
