Hi Brian, I've invested in 14 multifamily syndications in the past several years with many Sponsors/GPs and have found it rewarding to have geographical diversification and passive income streams.

I live here in Pittsburgh and love it, weather isn't the best but everything else outweighs that haha.as far as areas to avoid, I feel like there might be some kind of crime map based on reported crimes in a certain geographical area.

I *think* it would fall somewhere between #50 - #115 or so if you narrow down and look at those descriptions.

Geographically close to downtown and the University of Cincinnati.

You can use the property owners name, legal description, or parcel ID or combination of these to search the county public records.
