@Rik Patel Florida is known for its Karst topography and I am sure there are places where sinkholes occur at a more frequent rate.

I'm pretty hands on with my properties insofar as maintenance and upgrades so I am frequently in contact with my tenants and they all know who I am,  but I leave routine stuff  (rent collection,   leasing / showing / movein / moveout, basic turnovers,  notices, etc)  to property management.
