Do you put any appliances or furniture in your long term rentals(Over 1 year)? If you leave your primary residence and begin to use it as a rental do you leave anything in it when you move out?

Most long-term renters have their own furnishings. I supply the kitchen appliances. I occasionally supply the washer/dryer if it adds value or if it's in a tight spot and I don't want tenants moving their washer/dryer in and possibly causing damage.
