This blog is very detailed but not catered to a new investor like myself.

They had just moved to Virginia from China and had an international business BUT would not provide me with any details.

The extra $12,000 I spend on the rehab  nets me another $200-400 in this $1000 price range and that is an extra  30% return above the turn key investor.  

I believe he said it was pretty much a wash on returns vs. extra work.

I am sure there is something extra they have to do in the foundation to get it level first.I am sure some of the experts on BP have experience and/or knowledge about my question.Also if you have some contractor recommendations, that will be great.Thanks all.

Here's the details - 16 units spread across 4 buildings.

He refused to give me any further identifying details, saying if I found him in the first place I should have no issue knowing exactly who he is now.

We are older and my daughter is grown and we are looking to have enough passive income to live in and a little extra.
