Enjoy the new digs in the meantime!

My long-term goal would be to earn passive income through real estate to the point where I could cut back to part time at my job, while still having the financial freedom to travel and enjoy life. 

There are going to be setbacks and unexpected obstacles, but you can enjoy the finished product, if you keep at it.  

We also enjoy the process of taking a distressed property and making it truely beautiful again.

Thought some of you might enjoy this....The Texas Real Estate Year in Review Report provides annual real estate sales data from a statewide perspective and for 25 metropolitan statistical areas in Texas.

Both areas have pluses and minuses in my book and I would enjoy living in both areas.My question for the community is for a brand new investor, which area has the most potential opportunities for BRRR or flipping?  

Hello Everyone,My name is Curtis,I have to say i really enjoy BiggerPockets and these forums are great.I have also started reading Millionaire Real Estate by Keller.

(Can't say we don't enjoy our many freedoms here in MO though!)

I found BP about 19 months ago and I still am just learning while I recover from a heavy medical experience.in fact, the reason I found BP was because I was on-leave from work and knowing I would have to do something that was more flexible and was made up of something I would enjoy doing.  

I've read a lot about atlantas plans of development including the belt line transportation expansion, MGM grand developing casinos, Mercedes coming to town and much more going on.
