Today I'm happy to announce that another BiggerPockets member has graciously joined the BP Moderating Team to help us better moderate and manage the communityKaren Margrave (Previously known as "Karen M.") is an active real estate developer in Southern California.

Most of the foreclosed developments were quickly sold and "banked" 3 or 4 years ago.

I have no experience what-so-ever in this field, but I've read several books, done some research and have developed the confidence to start!

Ryan Reese I don't know if you've read either of the blogs I've posted recently about development, but that's the lens I look through.

Worth it for my daughters to not to be over developed at young ages from all of the growth hormones.

The owner was a developer who bought it for his daughter and planned to rehab it himself, but his daughter ran off with her boyfriend.

So I've considered buying a new home development in my area.

So I am correcting that.Of course, our business is doing development and new construction, so it's a little different than most of you, but... just curious.
