I am still going to screen them as if they are prospective tenants and if there are no red flags, I will keep them.In your situation, I would talk to the tenants and the seller to find out more info.

** I am willing to do it of course but prospecting in the phone for buyers 6 hrs a day is not what I envisioned..The one firm ( team) wanta me to handlebonly the buyer side while one person deals with negotiations/ listings and one handles the contract.Please help a newbie out.:)))

@Chris MacDonald  I am not a CPA but I am and have been a real estate professional for tax purposes for 40 plus years.. so I write every single trip off.. as I am always looking at new deals.when I was in Thailand last week I met with a condo developer who was offering 7% guaranteed rental returns.. on his condos went on a tour got the brochures and am considering that investment.. so that is a business trip.
