You have to tape everything off, and then you will have about an hour clean up everytime you use it.

You just need to stay focused and get it done.If the cleanup is a family project then no doubt there will be some that will be thinking picking over cleaning which is fine I suppose as long as they know that within minutes the muscle is coming through and that pile is gone.    

Depleteing all of your funds is not wise.  

I've received a notice once before - contractor failed to clean-up after a renovation - I had the issue corrected and haven't heard anything more.For that dollar amount, I would give it a few more days, try to get in touch with the city and then that failing, get a hold of a local attorney and have them look into it.Also, are you engaging Flex?  

For example, liens or fines with a hard cost associated with them such as an officer appearing in court and the owner did not appear or if the city sent a team to clean up a nuisance (yard, etc.). 

@Josh S.If you have a non-spouse beneficiary IRA, you are required to take distributions every year until the IRA is fully depleted.

However, if you don't feel secure depleting your savings and you don't mind paying higher interest rates, the cash out refinance is probably an OK route for you to go as well. 

The market is strong however inventory is depleting at an excessively rapid pace.

There is no "get rich quick" scheme out there that will likely ever do more than deplete your cash reserves meant to sustain you for the coming years.
