The other day I was driving along in one of the suburbs (new berlin/ hales corner border for those who new the area), when I  saw an abandoned brick building, so I pulled over to the side of the road, and looked into it.

I'd put Campus solidly in a B class neighborhood with some parts bordering A class, just looking at property values.If you want C/D , hop over 71 and look at Linden.

Looked up the owner, found out she has passed away, started contacting her heirs and found she has one living son and 2 grand kids of a deceased son.

I used to own a house in Sumas, WA, just across the border from Abbotsford, BC. 

, so I found another affordable small town on the coast where it's nice and cool, wayyyyy up north at the Oregon border. 

The only place I lived where the train noise was horrendous, was a house I bought on the Canadian border in WA. 

I haved near the border a few years and I know your probably better off just collecting the rent....

@Mike Williams , I'm not a lawyer so this isn't legal advice, but it would seem that you're bordering on blatantly discriminating against people with disabilities by excluding them out of hand.

Ya, I mean I agree with needing a few hundred if your just hitting up a mail route, and all the houses in an area, But  this was extensive research specifically with only houses in pre-foreclosures or recently deceased owners.
