Regardless, we gave them the blinds after the $220 bill, and I gave them the option of installing the blinds themselves or having me install them and they chose to do it themselves.So I get a text this afternoon saying, "It's 87 degrees.

This is the current showering pattern of the tenants:Tenant A doesn't have a specific time when taking showers, but takes 1 hot shower a day and it's around 20 minutes long.Tenant B takes one hot shower a day and it depends at what time he comes home from work.Tenant C takes one hot shower nightly at 9pm and it's around 30-40min.Tenant D takes one hot shower in the morning for 10-15 minutes usually.Tenant E takes one hot shower every other afternoon for 15 minutes.Personally, I take cold showers.

Could be someone who was using the property to store stuff or for the periodic afternoon trysts.  

what you said pretty much sums it up. shack town is a place where you dont want to be late afternoons. lots of people without shirts sitting on their porches at night. i have houses north of ford rd

Hiking trails with waterfalls, sandy beaches with fresh water to play in, miles of untouched shoreline in beautiful parks, oceans and razor clamming, skiing in winter, fishing, casinos, Seattle, a zillion wonderful micro-brewers, wineries  ... we would ski in the morning, drive down the mountain and take our dog to the beach on the river and play in the sun all afternoon.
