I am very eager to get started and have many abilities, but finding the right place to start as an Agent/Investor that want to learn has got me stuck.

returns are hard to really say "you're going to get x deals from y pieces of mail" because so much relies on your knowledge, ability to negotiate, and ability to get the deal done. 

I am a bit uneasy about marketing for sellers until I have some confidence in my ability to get the property moved.

I think the ability to generate over $500 monthly cash flow on a $50,000 investment in our local market is spectacular.

Success in real estate depends on your ability to withstand set-backs, push-downs and unexpected challenges.

To me that's a red flag that it was just some broker possibly and the loan may or may not have the ability to really come through.
