Are the beams a permanent fix or just temporary?

Hi BP,My partner and I flip houses, mostly in the North Shore, but inventory is low.

Main downside is temporary house culture.

We have 1 STR in Gulf Shores, will make a move on another before the year is done and have one co-host client while actively seeking more.

Is there some temporary external force pushing its value up or down?

Derek Tellier was my agent and knows his way around the STR markets - though I believe he is in the Gulf Shores now.

@Scott MacHi Scott- I should have been more precise- there were several trees in front of the building blocking the entire building and address- and  pathways- they said it was a safety hazard on the pathways- we could have put a very temporary bandaid and just trimmed them down at back- but then we would have had to deal with them again- since then I’ve learned to use more cheap temporary fixes on things that don’t pose a major safety issueHad to fix several other things too- lots of little things such as paint peeling on bathtubs, oven hood not working, etc..This was week one of owning it- silly me thinking we would take care of things that were super serious thoroughly- just to have more things pop up that were more urgent soon after - 

Hi BP experts,I'm looking for some temporary and permanent ideas for 3 acres on Hwy 200 just inside the Locust city limits on the Stanly / Cabarrus County border. 

And even if it doesn't it's - temporary - and like 5 points.

Remember, today is temporary, you will more than likely have the urge to move again in five years especially if your young.
