Hey Biggerpockets,I'm a Software Developer and I've recently gotten into Real Estate Investing.

I am 24 year old software engineer who is on track to becoming a real estate investor  and entrepreneur!  

I am a student of the business and am willing to offer my time in the evenings and weekends helping other experienced investors in the area analyze deals, drive for dollars, marketing, repairs, sales (I work in B2B software sales), pretty much do anything necessary that I can provide you of value.

Between the commute and time in the office, I'm spending 10.5 hours per day making someone else rich.I learned the power and excitement of passive income 6 years ago when I started a little software company.

About me, I’ve been in sales for over 15 years with enterprise software sales for the past 5.

I get that, but I'm determined to be one of the typical bunch that says, hey I'm interested in learning but never do anything.About me, I’ve been in sales for over 15 years with enterprise software sales for the past 5.

I have also worked in the Finance field in aviation and software technology, but real estate has always been a joy and excitement for me.

Not to break my arm patting myself on the back, but I'm fairly good at imagining redesigns and do it on my own houses with software when I'm daydreaming - send me a drawing of the layout and maybe I can make some suggestions.
