I am still concerned that "they did not know what they were doing" and I may have future troubles should the need to file a claim ever come up.

I would like some help in filing the forms. 

.- Purchase price is $99,500 park has 14 pads. 8 are rented 2 are being rehabbed 2 are deemed unlivable. - City sewer - City water - I've got a written note from urban housing and development saying that I'm in compliance & would be grandfathered in.Is this a good deal?

I bought a property in Indianapolis and was advised that I can put it in my hawaii LLC and file as a foreign entity.  

On anything over 1,000 in value you must file a personal property eviction.  

The confusing thing is that I cannot find any additional info about the property as to when the NED or anything was filed.

A title company should be able to look at the case file to see that the mortgage companies were served properly Your situation is very specific.

@Chris Christianson, I started out looking for a local CPA as well and was convinced that in this day and age, with file transfers, phone, skype, etc, etc. etc., there really is no reason why someone needs to be local.
