So how do you know there isnt a lien on the title?

Hello I wanted to see if anyone knew how to get apartment complex unit numbers so I can send out mailers to these individuals renting there.Thank you in advance would be great great help ! 

I have recently been gifted my great grandparents home and it's going to be a complete gut and renovate costing approximately 150k. I have about 40k cash but was looking for financing options 

All we know is 8 units somewhere in PA at $900 a pop for 600k.

I was also thinking something along those lines, but I am glad to know that you also think that $50k in earnest money deposit is excessive.

A lot of people are turning to real estate investing as a "way out" but they don't understand how long that runway is.

Also interested to know who has had positive experiences in the area.

If you want to JV your wholesale deals you want to do it with someone you know, like, and trust over time and have met in person.There’s nothing more wasteful and inefficient (in the private sector) than financial intermediaries engaging in a “daisy chain” to try to close “undoable” deals.
