@Branden MassHi Branden,If you just want to crunch numbers and a make a buck from that, Greystar (a huge real estate company) might be a good fit for you.

I also like the flexibility of being able to purchase different assets that may not fit into the small box of a fund.

@Cherri Huang - I am a commercial business advisor and have access to a couple of lenders that offer blanket loans that fit your scenario.

I’ve had a difficult time with most of the investors I come across not fitting into this category, so I am just trying to figure out where to find these kind of investors.

Meaning a $100k house might rent for $1k but a $500k house isn't likley to rent for $5kAlmost everything I own is inside the loop and the only ones that don't fit the 1% rule are my nicer/newer/bigger ones.
