Outside of that there isn’t really a “ban” but more so a 30 day minimum rental period, for non-license holders, which in effect is supposed to serve as the ban.

If the judgment holder doesn’t foreclose on his judgment lien, he’ll foreclose later (earning judgment interest) or get paid off when you sell.

Often voucher holders will have lower credit as something has occurred in their lives which has caused them to need assistance so you may see lower credit scores with voucher holders and you can use the credit score to disqualify their applications.

To pay that subsidy the housing authority would have to verify that you do accept sec 8 and if you do then the 70% that  HUD pays would be paid to you and the lease holder would pay 30%.Believe me when I say this.
