I'm strict about not letting them add any additional people, but of course the GF or BF can hang out, stay a weekend, the usual stuff, so you need to accept that.

I picked up a few for $100 each and they came in handy whenever I had an A/C go out on weekends.

I am attending Dave Lindahl's boot camp this weekend on syndications and apartment investing so I'll report back with feedback next week. 

Because I am out of state, I am doing one showing next weekend and am betting this will generate at least one offer.

I saw others spending the vast majority of their time doing things that I felt were pointless, and yet they seemed to be fulfilled to do things day in and day out they didn’t like as long as they had their weekends.
