You have options of getting just numbers that are scrubbed against the Do-Not-Call (DNC) list, getting all numbers with a DNC flag, land lines and/or cell phones.Be sure to learn about the DNC regulations.

You must respond day and night to guests and you can not leave cell coverage to go fishing, go camping etc without a co-host.

Al,As discussed in other threads/correspondence, we have a target of <=1K/unit for the monitoring / management hardware itself, plus a monthly subscription for the cloud-based head end which allow you to manage buildings/units/devices: write rules, have alerts send, etc.The bill-back capability - or, preferable, the ability to export certain event history information to an external accounting system, is not something we have done in-house.  

A patent application must contain enough information that a person skilled in the art can replicate the device.

We are working on being able to do the same thing with cell phone bills and other utilities.... don't asume, it's not an apealing quality.

Like I tell others imagine leaving your newborn with someone for two weeks and you will be on a deserted island with no cell service or contact with them.
