Social Security should have an award letter that states how long the benefits are good for.If the tenant doesn't have a copy of the awards letter it could take weeks as social security will not fax or e-mail but mail a copy only.If they have a pension the Office of Personnel will fax a copy if the tenant calls in and authorizes it.
