A lady called this morning wanting to sell a property she owns but when I pulled up the address on the tax appraisal website it says that it's owned by First National Acceptance Company.She said that she bought it from someone who is carrying the note.

I remembered working with a lady some time back at a bank.

Now why is this elderly lady known for not being nice?
