I grew up watching my Dad rehab, flip and rent homes, so I've seen (and done) some of the grunt work, but I have yet to get my own skin in the game.On the flip side, my Mom has had a house that I've worked with a property manager to keep rented for the last 10 years or so.  

Anyone else watching this show ?  

If you are allowed to, pay for it one time to watch how the pros do it then just do it yourself from then on out, it's not rocket science and 100x cheaper.

I have been watching for good 4 unit plus properties for a while.

One PS Vue account can be used on all my fire sticks in the house at the same time and if the renters know how to use Kodi than they know that they can watch any movie they want.

After listening to a few of them and then watching a couple of webcasts, I became a Pro Member just so I would have access to all the past webcasts.

I have just joined BP after watching several podcasts.
