And, yes, insurance appears on IRS Form Schedule E:I, of course, and not a tax professional, and am not up to speed about what might be unique to your particular situation that prevents being able to write these things off.But you might want to consider hiring a better tax guy, if you're being told that you "can't ever" write off property taxes!

Hi everyoneMy name is Trell, i am a new investor focusing on lease options in the Chicagoland area. my business is fully set up, pretty much running on auto-pilot, i have an average of 15- 20 fsbo leads that come in to me daily by opt in from my website, craigslist, area scouts and other fsbo sites and mailings.i have pretty good education in this niche. i also have virtual assistants that are trained to get property info sheets filled out from calling my leads that i send them, they are great at it!
