Not hitting the panic button because I feel that everything happens for a reason and in the right timing.Many people will come out of this craziness with new skills, a business, a total new career etc.Now may be the time to finally get back into real estate.

I am starting to feel more residential property owners stressing more as federal money is becoming less and state government funds is also under stress.

My experience tells me that you will have less stress managing a local project for sure though.

Yes the “Happy Talk” makes you wonder especially if you watch the news where the new “sellers” know what sells in these times which is fear and stress!

We are working with them on a luxury development in Punta Gorda ($800,000 homes and up) and we are having much more stress getting them turned over and profitable than these cheaper units.

It was pretty stressful managing contractors while working on the house myself too.
