Well assuming you are past the LLC creation point which is straight forward assuming you and partners can agree on decision making hierarchy, operating agreement, etc.. the next most challenging thing from an operations stand point is getting financing terms that you are comfortable with.

Without the resources of the courts to decide if the hardship is valid or not, or the courts to provide penalties to those that just straight up lie on the statement, or to prevent landlords for unreasonably denying valid applications, I'm not sure how this dog can hunt in the short-term.If this is a long-running issue/policy this all can be done.
