Out of the 50 or 60 books on business and investing that I have listened to in the past 3 years I prescribed more to Secrets of the Millionaire Mind, Rich Dad’s Cash Flow Quadrant and Why ‘A’ Students Work for ‘B’ Students, Shoe Dog, Pitch Anything, Sell or Be Sold, The 10X Rule, The ABC’s of Real Estate Investing, and the classic The Richest Man in Babylon.

I want any opinions of Stefan Aarnio and his book "self-made - 5 secrets that transform ordinary people into self made millionaires".A little backstory, I went to a local REI group in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada and he was the host of the event. 

The 10-miles was just in reference to a Real Estate book I read (Weekend Millionaire's Secrets to Investing in Real Estate).

I've had more lenders who didn't know how to do it than those that do. it's not a secret really, and it's not sketchy, it's just unknown.

There is no secret and there is no answer, pick one and make it work.  

Some of these customers can be some real tough cookies.Maybe you can "Weed" them out better than others (that's possible).But you should realize a portion of them will make your "No Pets" "No Smoking" rules seem like a grain of sand on the Omaha Beach.Here are a couple of videos I came across from @James Wise 's site, that might give you a heads up (he has done a ton of these section 8's).If you have some renter selection secrets, maybe share them on here.There are people in here that are interested in section-8.Good Luck!
